Have a go at our sheep themed prize treasure hunt in preparation for the Roman festival of sheep, Parilia. Let’s hope you don’t do baa-dly! The Parilia was a festival of purifying both the sheep and the shepherd. It included cleaning out the sheep pens, building a bonfire and then the shepherd jumped the fire, dragging the poor sheep behind him!
