OLD SLEAFORD HERITAGE GROUP is a volunteer-led community group which sets out to research the outstanding archaeological site of Old Sleaford and its environs.
Now a quiet area on the eastern outskirts of the town, Old Sleaford was once a thriving Iron Age community which numbered coin-making among its activities. It also has a lost Medieval manor, history of civil war uprisings, beheadings and a ghostly tale.
