Drop-in Meditation Classes

These weekly classes are open to everyone, giving you the opportunity to learn more about meditation, Buddhism, and how to find peace and happiness from within.

There are lots of benefits of regular meditation, including:
- Improved concentration and focus in daily life
- Less stress, worry and anxiety
- Reduced irritation, anger and frustration
- Greater inner peace and happiness
- Increased confidence and self-esteem
- Improved mental and physical well being
- A positive outlook on l
The classes run on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm, 29 April to 13 May

The facility fee is £5 per person or £3 unwaged (Registered Charity 1039234)
