Nuffield health are hosting a 12 hour Spin-a-thon and all proceeds raised are being donated to The J’s Hospice!
Held as 45 Minute Sessions from 8am to 8pm you are more than welcome to join in! At only £5 Per Session, this is a great way to support a local charity as well as get some great exercise in.
