Fruit Cookery and Juicing
This comprehensive, practical course covers topics including:
Harvesting and storing fruit;
Correct use of an apple press;
Planning and running group orchard activities (including harvesting,
preserving and cooking with fruit);
Orchard fruit sustainability and health benefits.
Part of the day will be spent creating a delicious shared lunch and some samples of
food to take home.
