Course ::: OVERCOMING ANGER
An opportunity to survey the underlying causes of anger and the effects of anger on our well-being and our relationships. In this course, you will learn to:
spot the many tell-tale signs of mounting anger
stop yourself getting angry and use your thoughts in a more productive way
live a more calm and satisfying life
