Join mushroom grower/foraging expert Cynan Jones from the Snowdonia Mushroom Garden for a day spent learning all about mushrooms. He’ll not only show you how they are cultivated but you’ll also get to practice a few recipes. Lunch will consist of one of Cynan’s favourite mushroom recipes. One of our in-house wine experts will be on hand to match a tipple with the dishes created.
