Upholstery Course
Upholstery is a craft which began in the Middle Ages and which has been passed on for generations. A piece of furniture upholstered traditionally will consist of layers of materials, which have been built up by hand and may have taken many hours to complete! On our courses, students will learn upholstery skills passed down through the generations using modern and traditional materials such as coil springs, coir, hessian, foam and cotton wadding.
