All our butchery courses are taught by the butchers from Whiteheads Butchers which is an award winning business and has been trading for 128 years.

This hands-on-experience run by Lee Banks with support from Stephen Whitehead, starts off with a demonstration where you will learn:
how to make sausage meat
what seasonings
