Wellbeing Wednesday: Make your own Lotions, Creams and Potions

This is a great workshop – having foraged around the farm for the ingredients for your potions and lotions, you will join Helen Leece in our cookery school for a couple of hours of creativity. You will be able to make ointments like a comfrey and Calendula ointment or a simple healing salve for skin for you to take home.
