Sometimes life gets overly busy and potentially stressful. We may feel pulled in too many directions, and be frequently tired and irritable. It may seem as though we have lost a sense of balance in our lives. In this workshop we experience practical techniques to help you redress the balance and regain a sense of harmony and peace.
