Best of Butchery: Introduction to Lamb Butchery, with Whitehead's Butchers

Whiteheads Butchers have been trading in the village of Edgworth for over 128 years and have won awards for their lamb. All the lamb sold at Whiteheads is reared exclusively by David Whitehead in a neighbouring farm.

This hands-on experience taught by Stephen Whitehead includes an explanation about the breeding of the lambs with a farm tour where you can view the sheep.
