1st World War Commemoration
We are holding a First world war commemoration from Saturday 2nd until until Monday 4th August in St Peter's Church, Byers Green. We hope to have a wide variety of items which were used in those day. And we will also have pictures of the various War Cemetaries around Europe in particular for those mentioned on our own Cenotaph in Byers Green. So anyone who originates from Byers Green but has not seen where their relatives are laid can come along and see these pictures and see full detail
Church will be open 10 am until 4 p.m. Saturday and Monday 12p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday.
