Chapel of Victories

The Town Hall has a chapel inside it. Made from found objects and inspired by local stories, artist duo PicaPica (magpie in Latin) have been commissioned to create this commemoration of human endeavour, especially for Kidderminster Arts Festival, installed in the Town Hall for the duration of the festival.
