Newcastle Cathedral Flower festival - baroque concert with Durham Singers
The Durham Singers and their period instrument orchestra present a concert of baroque favourites by Bach and Handel as part of Newcastle Cathedral's music-themed flower festival. The choir will perform Handel's four coronation anthems, including the ever-popular 'Zadok the Priest', with the thrilling sound of baroque trumpets adding extra dazzle to Handel's magnificent settings.
