Lives of the First World War
A local history exhibition in St Andrew’s Church at Barrow Hill about local WW1 casualties. Displays include the Staveley Roll of Honour, the Railway Men, Boys at War, Recruitment, the Sherwood Foresters and many more - illustrated with service documents, soldiers wills, photographs and letters from the front. Exhibits include medals, regimental cap badges and other artefacts as well as a stall run by the Staveley Branch of the British Legion.
Admission is free and refreshments will be on sale
