Luton Hoo Walled Garden
Heritage Open Day: Designed by Capability Brown for the 3rd Earl of Bute in 1769 and now being restored to its former splendour, this 5 acre octagonal garden is being opened to the public for just a few days each year. Step into living history as you enter this garden’s ancient walls and discover plants grown during the times of Bute, tools downed during the last century and buildings that tell the fascinating story of gardeners past. This year we will be focusing on the garden in World War I. G
