St Thomas's Church, Parkgate
Heritage Open Day: This newly refurbished church was closed for many years and reopened in 2010. Local community projects, in support of the 'Bishop's Trust' raised the money for the renovation and the 'Fisherman's Church' as it is known locally is a testament to their sterling efforts. Financial assistance was also given by English Heritage. Members of the church will be available to welcome visitors and talk about the building.
