Gribbin Daymark
Heritage Open Day: Climb to the top of the daymark, built in 1832 as a navigational aid for sailors who would confuse St Austell Bay with Falmouth Harbour. The views are well worth the climb. Numbers are limited up the tower at any one time, so there may be a queue. Why not bring a picnic and make a day of it?
Sun 14 Sep:1100-1500. Free Entry. For more information and last-minute updates, please visit the Heritage Open Days website
