Heritage Open Day: This guided walk along Westbrook Villas shows how the prosperity following the development of the Stockton & Darlington Railway enabled improvements to people’s standards and aspirations. The coal drop walls and tallyman’s cabin in the back lane are some of the few remaining structures of the original S&D Railway.
