Heritage Open Day: The museum holds three floors of local history, social, trade and industry and maritime.
We have a marine lab equipped with a video microscope for use.
The museum is very child friendly lots of buttons to press.
The museum is Makaton friendly (a sign/symbol language for those who find communication a challenge). Our displays have symbols for use.
Cream Teas in the Sail Loft, free entry to the Museum. The museum has puzzles, colouring, games and books for the children to enjoy
