Alexandra Park Greenhouse Open day
Heritage Open Day: The Alexandra Park Greenhouse Group are beginning to restore a 1920s greenhouse which houses a statue of Prince Albert once standing on the clock tower in the town centre .
The teak greenhouse is thought to be made by Richardson of Darlington and was known as The mini floral hall , The Albert House and pets corner it is fondly remembered by Hastings residents. The Greenhouse closed in 1990.
