St Georges Centre

Heritage Open Day: The former St. George's Naval Church houses memorials to the men and ships which sailed from Chatham to fight in the two World Wars. This is a new addition to Heritage Open Days and is particularly important as 2014 marks 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War. Today, the St George's Centre in Chatham is a glorious historic hall managed by Medway Council. A guided tour is available to celebrate Heritage Open Days.
