Chapel of St Mary Magdalen, Ripon
Heritage Open Day: A rare survivor of a medieval leper hospital, last restored in 1989, containing medieval pavement with Roman medallion, low-side/leper window and stone altar. It was established in the 12th century to care for lepers and blind priests. For the Heritage Open Day, members of the Friends will be present to guide, give information and answer questions.
