St John's, Bilton
Heritage Open Day: St John's Church, Bilton was designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott, and this church is a notable and extremely distinguished example of the work of this prolific but excellent Victorian architect. Built in 1855 with money donated by William Sheepshanks, the church has a west tower, a nave with a north aisle and a south aisle with a porch, and also a chancel.
