Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Northampton

Heritage Open Day: One of only four round churches remaining in the UK, inspired by the original Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem. This outstanding church was founded around 1100 AD by Simon de Senlis after his return from the Crusades. The newly conserved ceiling and wall paintings in 'The Soldiers' Chapel offer a renewed visitor experience enhanced by new state of the art lighting.
