The History of Magdalen Chapel
Heritage Open Day: The Magdalen Chapel is one of the oldest religious sites in Bath, dating back to the middle ages, when it served as the chapel for a leper hospital built outside the confines of the city. A comprehensive exhibition on the history and context of Magdalen Chapel will be on display, and a talk given by the Chaplain.
The Chapel Garden, and Graveyard will also be open, the latter affording one of the best views to be had of the Abbey and the City of Bath. All are welcome
