Horringer Church

Heritage Open Day: Whilst mentioned in the 1086 Domesday Survey, the present church structure is pre-1300, with the tower added in the 1400s. Earliest dated features, South Nave window and doorway 1300, Chancel East window 1330. Extensive restoration carried out in 1818. Two further bells added in 1912 to make the present ring of 8. A major bells refurbishment project is planned this year. Historic tours throughout the day. Church Bells rung on the hour by teams of volunteers and CCTV set up to
