Christ Church, Ottershaw, Surrey

Heritage Open Day: A lovely and little-known church designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott. It is one of his very few polychrome churches. It was paid for and supported by the Victorian landowner and Member of Parliament Sir (Thomas) Edward Colebrooke, who is commemorated in the church. 2014 is the 150th anniversary of the consecration of the church. The reredos and 10 stained glass windows in the nave and chancel are by Charles Eamer Kempe. Refreshments in the Parish Room
