Farnham Maltings

Heritage Open Day: The Farnham Maltings was saved from demolition in 1969 by the people of Farnham, who raised £30,000 to buy it from the then owners Courages. The restored Grade II listed buildings are now home to a thriving and lively arts and community centre which is the focus of much of Farnham's cultural life. The earliest records of the site, in the mid 18th century, show it to have been a tannery, a hundred years later it became a maltings and brewery. On Saturday the Maltings will
