In this playful weekly class, we will explore the practice of mindfulness meditation. From week-to-week we’ll look at a range of techniques to help you become more aware, to build your resilience to physical and emotional pain, and help you feel more energised and content with life. Practices will include breathing work, mindful movement, sitting meditation, and mindful speaking/listening.
