Carters Steam Fair in Ravenscourt Park - Vintage Travelling FunFair

An extraordinary and magical thing is returning to Ravenscourt Park in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham: Carters famous vintage steam funfair.

Begun by John and Anna Carter in the 1970s, Carters has grown from a collection of restored vintage fairground equipment to a spectacular number of large rides and side-stalls, shows and attractions. Carters Steam Fair is now the largest travelling vintage fairground in the world. The oldest ride is the Steam Gallopers, which dates from 1895
