Creative Writing For Mindfulness And Wellbeing

During this half-day workshop we will explore the many ways in which creative writing as a supportive source can help us in:

Finding Solace and peace
Decreasing stress and anxiety
Listening mindfully to ourselves and others
Building positive connections with self and others
Coping with change
Boosting Creativity
Developing a balanced relationship with past, future and present
Increasing awareness in the present moment
Regenerating motivation for your mindfulness practices
