Well Preserved - Cookery evening with Rosemary Moon
An entertaining and informative evening of hints, tips and answers to your questions about all forms of preserving, from smoking and salting to pickling and jams.
From our experiences of curing the meat from our own pigs, dealing with our own fishing catches and keeping on top of the produce from our allotments and gardens, we hope to inspire you to try your hand at preserving, be it of fish, fruit or flesh! There will be lots of tasters too, including an exploration of sugars and salts so
