A talk with vintage colour slides from the Western Front by Hans Wells Furby. The talk will suggest how the Western Front seemed fifty years ago when tour parties were infrequent, car parks few and official museums were just at the planning stage. Hans will mention monuments and memorials, remains and relics, battle areas, trench lines, vanished villages and places linked to poet writers. He will share with us his wide knowledge of World War 1 in an evening of recollection. Tickets will
