We have a maximum of 6 places available on this course to ensure that everyone receives individual guidance and tuition.
Over four weeks you’ll be introduced to the basics of the Pilates system of exercise, building progressively in an unpressured environment where you are very much the individual.
The course provides an opportunity to learn about the Pilates Principles:
