Everest's Deadliest Day

An expert panel of the world’s top mountaineers discuss the events leading up to the recent avalanche that claimed the lives of 16 climbing Sherpas on Mt. Everest, and what this means for the future of Himalayan climbing and the economy of Nepal.

Panelists include:

Doug Scott, CBE - the father of alpine-style mountaineering, and the first Briton to summit Mt. Everest.
Rebecca Stephens - first British woman to summit Mt. Everest and Chair of the Himalayan Trust UK.
