UK Older People's Day Celebrtations in Redbridge
Every year, UK Older People’s Day is held on 1 October to coincide with the UN International Day of Older Persons. The main aim of the day is to celebrate the achievements of older people, recognise the contributions that they make to society and the economy and to highlight that age is no barrier to staying active and involved in community life.
