Wild Food Cooking

HOST: Carol Hunt, Edible Wild Walk 1: 10.30am-11.30am Cooking demonstration and tasting: 12pm-1.15pm Walk 2: 2pm-3pm Carol is back after last year’s great success. This year she will not only show which plants are edible and teach how to forage safely and respectfully, she will also demonstrate how to cook them into wonderful dishes as well. Part of Chelmsford Ideas Festival 2014.
