The Phoenix Singers present 'Nations in Harmony – The Music of Hope’
An evening of music by Finzi, Tavener, MacMillan and Bruckner.Conductor Richard Walker said: “John Tavener’s Song of Athene (famously sung at the funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales) will feature in the Phoenix Singers autumn concert, and it is just one item in a programme looking back to World War I.
