The Shifting of Leaves is Our Music

An afternoon of autumnal verse in the Poets' Church of St. John the Baptist Orcop, the final resting place of the celebrated poet Frances Horovitz, who died in 1984. On display will be A Haiku for Frances, a ceramic installation by the internationally famous poet, author and ceramicist Edmund de Waal (author of The Hare with the Amber Eyes) which he created in memory of Frances to mark the 30th anniversary of her death. The event will feature a variety of verse in short sets read by
Starts 3pm. First session of 45 minutes followed by a 20 minute interval and a second session of 30 minutes.
Admission is by voluntary donation (£5 per person suggested)
