Forage with Upstairs @ the Market
On Sunday October 26th come and join Michel Roux trained chef, foraging expert and owner of Seasonal Suffolk, Carl Shillingford, for a fantastic foraging hunt followed by a wild food cooking demo.
Everyone will leave Lavenham Farmers' Market at 1pm for a 90 minute forage in the surrounding countryside returning at 2.30pm for refreshments followed by an hour long Wild Food cooking demonstration using fresh ingredients collected on the forage.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spend time
