Under the direction of Conductor Mark Gateshill, the programme has two Russian masterpieces –
Mussorgsky’s powerful “Night on a Bare Mountain” and Borodin’s wonderfully melodic “Symphony No.2”,
placed either side of the beautiful “Bruch Violin Concerto” with acclaimed local soloist Lukas Hank.
