The Roger Beaujolais Quartet
The Roger Beaujolais Quartet
The vibraphone is not likely to be the musical instrument that first comes to mind when looking back over the history of jazz, but Roger Beaujolais, who took up the vibes after a long and rich career as a rock drummer, leads a resurgence of interest in the instrument.
For his gig at our Collection Café, Roger is joined by Robin Apslund, one of the best pianists in the UK, powerhouse on bass, Julian Bury, and the exciting and original Winston Clifford on drums.
Doors open at 7:30pm, and tickets cost £10.
