An Artistic Journey of Birds, Beasts and Flowers
BBOWT, your local Wildlife Trust, welcomes everyone to an unusual evening talk on how nature has been depicted in art through the ages. Peggy Verrall, herself a botanical illustrator, will show how man has enjoyed creating images from cave paintings through medieval bestiaries and later engravings of flora and fauna up to the present day.
There will be a fifteen minute break for refreshments, talking to local BBOWT volunteers and possibly buying some of our themed merchandise including Christ
