Family History Talk: Quaker Ancestry

Quakers became a significant national religious group in the 1650s, although their numbers declined dramatically after the 1740s. Many family historians have ancestors who were Quakers for two or three generations. Fortunately the group's records are very good. Michael Gandy's talk will combine a short history with an account of the records, and where to find them.
7.30pm. Free; non-members of Buckinghamshire Family History Society are very welcome; a small donation will be appreciated.
