Helen Bamber Memorial Exhibition
Helen Bamber, OBE, founder of Freedom from Torture, was an inspiring champion of human rights. Following her death in August, Oxford secondary schools are participating in a competition to produce art inspired by the concept of human rights. The works will be judged by acclaimed war artist, Phil Whiting, for emotional impact, interpretation of the brief and artistic merit.
