Food Adventure: Discover Rose Veal Farm Visit and Cookery Demonstration

Join us on a fun visit to Marcross Farm, a fourth generation dairy farm on the coast of the Vale of Glamorgan. Owned by the Evans family, the farm boasts an impressive Holstein Friesian dairy herd. We will meet brother and sister Hopkin and Louise Evans. They are determined to reduce the amount of waste caused by the slaughter of male calves born into the dairy industry. With this in mind Hopkin and Louise began rearing their calves for veal. Their veal is Rose Veal; the meat is characterised by
