BURLEX at WENTWORTH
BurleX is a medium paces fitness class, based on burlesque dance moves. It incorporates toning, core strength improvement and fun dance moves using props such as boas and fans.
Location and Time: Wednesdays at 7pm ( 1hr) at The Mechanic's Institute, Main St; Wentworth
Cost: £4.50 per class
What to Wear: Bring water, wear cool comfy workout clothes and trainers. Bring your own props ( scarf, boa, fan) or they can be purchased for a small fee before the class.
