Kew’s Heritage Trees
Trees are the visual cornerstone of the world and through an exquisite series of portraits, one of Kew’s resident artists is bringing to light the reverence and importance of these magnificent specimens.
Kew’s Heritage Trees will run from 21 February until 9 August 2015 and will feature a stunning series of new paintings by Masumi Yamanaka. Painstakingly detailed, powerful in both size and realism, these works are Masumi’s way of raising our appreciation of these remarkable trees.
